For those of you who have been living under a rock hiding away from the fashion world … FENDI is an Italian luxury fashion house whose specialities include fur, ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, fragrances, eyewear, and accessories.

FENDI has to be one of my favourite fashion houses, mainly due to the fact that it is under the creative direction of the incomparable Karl Lagerfeld. For those of you who don’t know Karl Lagerfeld is a german fashion designer who not only is the creative director for FENDI but also Chanel (you may have heard of that one). Karl Lagerfeld is what they call a genius when it comes to fashion as he produces impactful collections that hit trends every season.

The collection was nothing short of amazing, it reflected 18th century meets different french elements. The collection consisted of many luxurious materials such as cotton, wool, fur, velvet, silk, cashmere, leather and tulle (true FENDI style). Tailored jackets were worn with shirts, while short tops were paired with A-line skirts. Double breasted coats were worn with straight or pleated skirts. Cut-out detail mini dresses and Long dresses were also prevalent throughout the collection. I REALLY loved the colours within the collection, bold red and blue as well as brown, black, white and beige. Accessories included gorgeous red leather boots and opulent snake skin handbags

Karl made sure that this collection would be showcased by none other than some of the industry’s top models such as Dilone, Kendall Jenner and the Hadid sisters as well as Victoria’s Secret stunners Stella Maxwell, Romee Strijd and Grace Elizabeth. Below are some of my favourite looks! You can watch the entire show below as well!
